H&T Digital Gift Cards are redeemable as full or part payment on all products online only. No additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of H&T Gift Cards.

If we are unable to accept your order, the system will inform you of this and will not charge you. This might be because of a suspicious transaction alert identified on our system. 

Delivery Information

During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the H&T Gift Cards to you, of which are sent immediately to your email. As we only sell eGift Cards, these will be sent free of charge to your email address.

We are not responsible for H&T Gift Cards that are not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us.

• Each gift card is virtual, and can not be topped up.

• The gift card will expire after 12 months and any remaining balance will be lost. 

• Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.

• No change will be given when a gift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases within the expiration date of your gift card. 

• We cannot replace or reimburse the value of the gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Digital gift cards should be looked after carefully.

• When a gift card is used to purchase goods, any remaining balance will be shown on your voucher that was emailed to you upon ordering. 

• The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

• H and T reserves the right to amend the terms applying to gift cards at any time.
